At The Engineer Store, we stand by the precision and quality of our components; if your hardware does not meet your technical specifications, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Return Request

  Log into your account portal and navigate to your order history to select the specific components you wish to return and generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Secure Technical Packaging

  Place the items in their original anti-static bags and protective packaging to prevent ESD damage or physical impact during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your email and attach it securely to the exterior of the box, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the integrity of the returned electronics, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
